NEW! 1st EUROREGIONAL BIO-HEALTH AWARD

This year a new prize will be created for the recognition of the most innovative and promising SMEs in the Euroregion. The 1st Bio-Health Euroregional Award will open in september 2023 with two categories: Biopharma and MedTech. Each award will include an Euroregion-wide acknowledgement and 3.000€ for the winners in each category. The finalists will pitch during the event and the winners will be decided then.

FOCUS

The event will feature around key lectures about tendencies in the sector, investors' reverse pitches*, networking and B2B meetings and "flash" presentations of the finalist companies of the 1st BioHealth Euroregional award, as well as successful cases of cross-border collaborations in the Euroregion. The presentations will be done in Spanish and French with simultaneous translation to both languages.

In addition to the above mentioned presentations, the EEN-UNAV organizes a brokerage event (B2B Meetings) aimed at organizations doing business in the three territories but open as well to participants from other regions. The B2B meetings will take place only on-site on 17 October 2023 from 12.00 to 16.00.

*What is Reverse Pitching? As the name suggests, reverse pitching is the first stage of a potential partnership between two businesses i.e. one business is pitching its ideas to the other. However, instead of start-ups pitching their ideas, the tables are turned in this setup. Investors will jump to the stage to pitch their value proposition in front of the companies.
